As part of our exceptional service to our clients, Lecy Bros. Homes offers interior design assistance. Our design team is available from plan development through the entire selection process. They will help ensure that your home is designed for your lifestyle, to provide the most quality & value for your dollar, and with future re-sale value in mind. Lecy Bros. Homes gladly works with your architect on plans and design as well. Interior design assistance is available to help you through the selection process of plumbing fixtures, appliances, ceramic, cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint colors and more. You may use our service as much or as little as you choose, the cost is included with your project package. You may also choose to work with a private designer.
The closing date for your new home is determined before you sign your contract. The building process is typically 6 months. Lecy Bros. Homes takes great pride in on time completion. Since 1983 we have had 100% on time closing Your new home will be completed on time!
Lecy Bros. Homes ensures that your home is complete to our Lecy standards and your expectations. Prior to closing a complete walk-thru is done to introduce and familiarize you with the features, mechanicals, and maintenance of your new home. We want you to know how to care for and enjoy your investment.
Lecy Bros. Homes provides outstanding warranty services to our homeowners on a very timely basis. We have many satisfied homeowners that have built multiple homes with our company. They often contact us when they want to finish their lower level, add a porch, or update their Lecy home.
